It takes a village to build a better city! Come along and share your voice to imagine the best versions of your city.

The evening will start with short presentations from various designers and experts who will talk about their experiences in urbanism and the future potential of their disciplines. Next, the session will move onto a ‘citizen-sourced’ design workshop where people and panellists will work together to draw, model and list the future city they wish to see and why.

It’s easy for individual experiences of cities to go unheard, yet people experience cities in many different ways. This event will highlight the depth and power of tapping into the collective experience of local citizens.

Wominjeka (Welcome). We acknowledge the people of the Eastern Kulin Nations as the traditional custodians of the land on which we meet. We pay our respects to the land, their ancestors and their elders—past, present and to the future.
