Foresight, put simply, is long-term thinking. It is the practice of thinking systematically about things that might happen, so we can be better prepared for them if they eventuate.
Sustainability Victoria has engaged in foresight to get an understanding of the potential futures of energy and materials, and have created eight scenarios that speak to the imagination to turn these speculations into conversation starters for discussion. Using a blend of AI and creativity, these scenarios tell visual stories about what the future might look like in different situations. Come learn more about them, and understand how they might impact the action that we need to take.
