Meet our M_Curators: The Creative Workforce of the Future

Meet our M_Curators: A new generation of thinkers, creatives and programmers shaping the MPavilion 2022/23 season!

Since 2019, MPavilion has worked with 16-25 year-olds interested in programming, curating, art, design and architecture. The free program—now in its fourth year—is led by our creative director Jen Zielinska and program producer Molly Braddon, who mentor and guide them through the ins and outs of arts programming.

Participants gain hands-on experience planning, curating and delivering events, access to the MPavilion network, and the opportunity to meet and collaborate with like-minded peers passionate about the arts, culture, design and architecture!

MEET OUR 2022 M_Curators:

In the lead-up to our January/February program theme ‘Material Lab’, the M_Curators were each assigned a material, and have been working together in pairs to research, explore and interpret them. The cohort of emerging curators will be holding a series of upcoming events—starting with a natural ink screen printing workshop with Kaji Mundo curated by Celine Saoud and Isabella Chow.

Keep an eye out on the program for their upcoming events and join us in the gardens to support this year’s inspiring M_Curators.

The M_Curators program is made possible thanks to the generous support of Bloomberg Philanthropies.
