Su Lim

For 30 years, Su has been engaged in helping people and their communities reimagine and implement new possibilities for work, learning and life. She has worked across sectors and geographies, creating strategies for organisations and decision support for design.

Su believes that it takes diverse perspectives to inspire new thinking and actively collaborates towards the ‘aha’ moments that result in generative change. She is particularly interested in the motivations of people, the nature of choice and how the environment can encourage positive behaviour and action.

Wominjeka (Welcome). We acknowledge the people of the Eastern Kulin Nations as the traditional custodians of the land on which we meet. We pay our respects to the land, their ancestors and their elders—past, present and to the future.
