Rushani Epa is the founder of Colournary Magazine (Australia’s first food and culture magazine to amplify the voices of First Nations, Black people, and People of Colour), commissioning editor in food at Hardie Grant Books, former food and drink editor at Time Out Melbourne, and journalist whose byline has appeared in SBS, the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival and more. Her aim is to diversify the food media industry and culinary landscape in Australia.
