Latoyah is an experienced marketing and communications professional in the arts, culture and creative industries. At Melbourne Recital Centre, she leads the inter-related functions of marketing, digital, CRM, reporting and insights, ticketing, box office and visitor experience. With over a decade’s experience in the industry, she has a passion for creative communications and engagement, measured experimentation, value creation and connecting people from all walks of life with the power of music and the arts. Latoyah is also on the board of the Emerging Writers’ Festival and has held leadership roles within the Australia and New Zealand Tessitura community, the CRM and ticketing system utilised by arts and culture organisations across the globe.
