Jennifer Kulas

Jennifer Kulas is motivated by the capacity of housing to create social equity. She is endlessly intrigued by the space where design meets development finance and is a proponent for the growth non-speculative housing in Australia.

Jennifer is a Churchill Fellow (2020) who has undertaken international research exploring innovative housing models for women and women-headed households. She has previously worked as a development manager at Nightingale Housing and is currently a senior policy advisor at Homes Melbourne (City of Melbourne).

Jennifer holds a Masters of Architecture from the University of Melbourne.
