Agius Scorpo Architects

Agius Scorpo Architects is a design studio with offices in Fitzroy and the Mornington Peninsula, led by Architects Claire Scorpo and Nic Agius.

ASA’s approach to design is grounded in the belief that our external environment and landscape shapes the way we plan our internal space. They are passionate about purposeful connection to context and developing projects with rich spatial qualities and flexibility of use. There is also a focus on regional works, working in a way that contributes to the local, and broader community.

The practice remains connected and committed to education, leading design studios at RMIT School of Design. Recently, these have focused on how we can design to encourage positive mental health outcomes, as well as alternative models of affordable housing.

Wominjeka (Welcome). We acknowledge the people of the Eastern Kulin Nations as the traditional custodians of the land on which we meet. We pay our respects to the land, their ancestors and their elders—past, present and to the future.
